Chris was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire clean up process - from start to finish.We found a burst pipe in our basement in the middle of the night and he still was there to get the job done within minutes of me calling him. Restoration 1 was amazing to work with!! We were dealing with a remodel during the time they helped us out and it was so refreshing because of how quick they were able to come and how quickly they finished the project. They were always on top of things and so easy to communicate with. I even asked them to do a couple things that wasn’t in their job description and they did not hesitate to help on that.
